Long after you are gone,
I feel the presence
of where you used to be.

Akervand is a creative media production company. The pronunciation of Akervand is like “a curve and” so the idea is a curve and a new beginning. We are dedicated to helping artists on-and-off the field brighten the world with their light.

Akervand’s founder is Kerry Van Dorn. As an artist, she can blend the technical and artistic sides of creative media production. Kerry is a poet, producer, director, cinematographer, audio engineer, designer, and video editor with over 8 years’ experience as a broadcaster and creative working with brands like the University of Oklahoma, the University of North Carolina, and Oklahoma State University.

Akervand offers cinematography, photography, graphic design, and video editing options for clients. We are focused on helping artists and athletes expand the reach of their brand on social media.
